“Core systems are twenty years old and nobody dares touch them.”
Incremental replacement with no operational stoppage.
Aureus Technology
We implement ERP, cloud, and data platforms for organisations where a failed go-live is not survivable — and we fix the date in week two.

By outcome
Six outcomes we are repeatedly hired to deliver. Each one links to the services that produce it.
“Core systems are twenty years old and nobody dares touch them.”
Incremental replacement with no operational stoppage.
“Skilled people spend their week re-keying data between systems.”
Agentic workflows inside the processes you already run.
“Lift-and-shift left you with the same problems and a bigger bill.”
Landing zones designed for cost control and audit from day one.
“Three departments report three different revenue figures.”
One warehouse, one definition, reconciled to the ledger.
“The last assessment produced 140 findings and no plan.”
Prioritised remediation with evidence the auditor accepts.
“ERP, CRM, and the plant floor have never spoken to each other.”
An integration layer your team can extend without us.

By capability
Build it, run it, or advise on it. Every service page carries the same contract: scope, process, deliverables, proof, and price signal.
Close your books in three days, not three weeks.
A pipeline your sales team updates without being chased.
Custom platforms built to be handed over, not held hostage.
Field teams that work offline and sync when they surface.
Internal tools people choose over their spreadsheets.
Make the systems you already own talk to each other.
Deploy on a Friday without anyone losing sleep.
Named engineers against a written SLA, not a ticket queue.
Close the findings before the auditor arrives.
Capacity sized for what you actually run.
One number, agreed by finance and operations.
Models in production, with evaluation and a rollback path.
Give your team back the day they lose to re-keying.
A decision you can defend to your board.
A sequenced plan, not a slide deck.
Provenance your buyers can verify independently.

Platforms
Where a product fits, it shortens the rollout. Where it does not, we will say so — including when the honest answer is a competitor.

Finance, inventory, and production planning for mid-market manufacturers.

Pipeline, quoting, and after-sales service in one record of customer truth.

Lot-level traceability from field to container, built for food exporters.

Document and enquiry automation with an evaluation harness you control.
Proof

Four plants ran four different systems. Consolidated reporting took a fortnight and finance had stopped trusting it.

Technology
Not a logo wall of things we have read about. Every item here is under an active support agreement somewhere.
How we contract
Pricing is a range, not a fixed number, until fit-gap analysis is done. Any figure named before that is a guess, and guesses are how programmes fail.
A defined rollout with a known end state
Fixed price against a signed blueprint, with a change-control process that is written down before we start.
Continuous delivery against a shifting roadmap
Named engineers embedded with your team, billed monthly, with the same delivery discipline and no minimum term after month six.
Running the system after it is live
24/7 operations against a written SLA with published metrics and a quarterly service review you can hold us to.
They gave us a fixed go-live date in week two and hit it. What I actually valued was that the handover documentation was good enough that my team ran the second plant rollout themselves.

FAQ
Our median across the last 22 engagements is 14 weeks from kickoff to go-live for a single-site rollout, and 22 weeks for multi-site. We fix the date in week two once fit-gap analysis is complete — before that, any date either of us names is a guess.
Single-site implementations typically fall between USD 90,000 and 180,000 depending on module count, integration complexity, and data quality. We publish a range rather than a fixed number because data migration effort is the largest variable and it is not knowable until we have seen your data.
SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle NetSuite, and our own Aureus ERP Suite. We run a vendor-selection review first if you have not chosen — the recommendation is written and includes the case against our own product where that is the honest answer.
It usually is. We run three full migration rehearsals with reconciliation reports, and we will tell you in week three if cleansing effort is going to move the date. We would rather move the date once, early, than miss it.
No. Across 18 migrations we have not caused a day of production downtime. Cutover is rehearsed hour by hour with a rollback point at every stage, and we schedule around your production calendar, not ours.
Four weeks of hypercare with daily triage falling to weekly. Then you choose: full handover to your team with runbooks and training, or transition to our managed service against a written SLA. Both paths are documented before hypercare ends.
However you prefer to start
Pick the one that matches how ready you actually are. None of them puts you into a sales sequence.
Next step
An architecture review with one of our engineers. We will tell you what we would do, and whether you need us to do it.
No sales sequence — one reply from an engineer.
