How we keep them
Certification is a practice, not a plaque
Certificates are the outcome of a discipline that has to hold on an ordinary Tuesday, not just during an audit window. Lot separation through processing, records written at the point of work rather than reconstructed afterwards, and a QA lead with the authority to reject a lot without escalating.
Our head of quality has rejected lots in front of the buyer, twice, at direct cost to us. Nobody asked her to reconsider. That is the actual control, and the certificate is downstream of it.

Documentation
What travels with a shipment
Documentation is prepared per destination market rather than from a template. The set differs materially between the EU, Japan, and the United States, and the difference is usually where shipments get held.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask about certification
Can we see the actual certificates before we order?
Yes, and you do not need to place an order to get them. Ask and we send the pack the same working day. We do not put certificates behind a lead form — a buyer who wants to verify a certificate number is doing exactly what they should be doing.
Which plots are covered by the organic certification?
Certification is per plot, not per farm, and the covered plot list ships with the certificate pack. Organic lots run on separated processing lines with their own cleaning record, and that record is part of the audit trail.
What happens when a certificate is close to expiry?
Surveillance audits are scheduled at least eight weeks before expiry. If a certificate lapsed, this page would hide it automatically rather than displaying an expired claim — that is enforced by the content model, not by someone remembering.
Can we send our own auditor?
Yes, and buyers do, roughly six to ten times a year. We do not need notice beyond arranging transport to Da Lat, and we would rather you audited us than took our word for it.
