Accessibility statement
Last updated 20 July 2026
In plain language: We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across all public pages. This statement records where we conform, where we do not, and how to tell us when we get it wrong.
Conformance status
This website is designed to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and is aligned to EN 301 549 for public-sector procurement. Automated testing runs on every build; a failing check blocks the release.
How we test
axe-core in continuous integration on every component and page, plus manual keyboard and screen-reader audits per release using NVDA with Firefox, JAWS with Chrome, VoiceOver with Safari, and TalkBack with Chrome.
Known limitations
Third-party map and video embeds are not audited by us; both are behind a click-to-load facade with a text alternative beside them. Some downloadable PDFs predate our tagging standard and are being remediated — ask and we will send an accessible version the same day.
Feedback
If you hit a barrier, email the address below with the page and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix or offer a workaround within ten.
Preparation
This statement was last reviewed on 20 July 2026 and is reviewed at every major release.
