In plain language: We collect what you give us on a form, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in that you can withdraw in one click.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through a form, the page you submitted it from, and the consent text you agreed to at the time. Analytics data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your contact record.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, and — only if you ticked the separate box — to send you our quarterly field notes. Those are two different permissions and we treat them separately.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records for 24 months from last contact. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Job applications for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
Our email and CRM providers, as data processors under contract. We do not sell data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and portability. Email the address below and we will action it within 30 days, usually within two business days.
