About

One company, two industries, one standard.

We build enterprise systems and we grow food. The two look unrelated until you notice that both are judged on whether the records hold up when someone checks.

How we got here

It started with a canteen

Aureus began in 2009 as four people building finance systems for manufacturers in Ho Chi Minh City. By 2016 we were supplying our own canteen from a small estate in Lam Dong, and when the owner retired we bought it rather than lose the supply.

What was meant to be a sideline turned into a second division, because it turned out the discipline transferred. A production line and a release pipeline are both judged on the same thing: whether you can show what happened, to whom, and when.

Today the two divisions share a board, a finance function, and a delivery standard. They do not share a sales pitch, which is why this site routes you to one or the other rather than making you read about both.

  • 240 people, 91 of whom have been here more than five years
  • Two divisions under one board and one governance standard
  • Nine countries served, three offices, all operational

Mission

What we are for

To be the supplier a client does not have to check up on. That is a lower bar than most mission statements aim at and a considerably harder one to clear.

In practice it means publishing the certificate number rather than the certificate logo, naming a duration and a deliverable against every stage of work, and saying plainly when the honest answer is that you should buy something else.

  • Vision: the default partner for organisations that get audited
  • Mission: be the supplier nobody has to check up on
  • Test: would we publish this figure if it were unflattering?

Values

Three commitments we can be held to

  • Integrity

We publish certificate numbers, issuers, and expiry dates. If a claim cannot be verified, it does not go on the site.

  • Craft

The same delivery discipline governs a production line and a release pipeline: measure, document, hand over cleanly.

  • Stewardship

Seventeen-year relationships with growers and clients alike. We optimise for the second decade, not the first quarter.

Why clients stay

What we are actually good at

  • Delivery certainty

Fixed go-live dates backed by a written scope. Seven years without a failed go-live across 22 ERP deployments.

  • Certified quality

ISO 9001 and 27001 on the technology side, GlobalG.A.P. and HACCP on the agricultural side. Audited annually, both.

  • Local depth, global reach

Operations and staff in-country, contracts and reporting in the standards your procurement team already uses.

  • Built for the long term

Every engagement ends with handover documentation and a named contact who is still here in three years.

How we work

How an engagement runs

The same four stages govern a software rollout and a supply agreement.

    Discover

We map what you actually run today — systems, plots, people, and the constraints nobody wrote down.

    Duration
    1–2 weeks
    Deliverable
Written findings and a scope estimate

We have bought software from them and we have bought coffee from them. The reason we kept doing both is that the paperwork is always right and nobody has ever tried to talk us out of a specification.
