TraceFlow

Lot-level traceability from field to container for food exporters who get audited by their buyers, not just their certifier.

  • Plot, harvest pass, processing batch, and container in one code
  • Lab results attached to the lot, never to a shipment average
  • Buyer-facing verification portal
  • GS1 and GlobalG.A.P. aligned identifiers

Demos run on your scenarios, not a canned script.

Features

What it does

  • One code, four records

Plot, harvest pass, processing batch, and container seal resolve from a single lot identifier in under five seconds.

  • Results belong to lots

Laboratory data attaches to the lot. Shipment averages are a reporting view, never the record.

  • Buyers verify themselves

A read-only portal lets your buyer check a bag against the record without calling you.

  • Offline at the weighbridge

Intake capture works without connectivity and reconciles when the link returns.

FAQ

Questions about TraceFlow

Still have questions?

Ask an engineer directly. No sales sequence.

We built this in spreadsheets. Why change?

Spreadsheets survive until an auditor picks a bag at random and asks for its plot. If yours answers that in under five minutes, on a day nobody prepared for, you may not need this.

Do our growers need smartphones?

No. Intake capture happens at the weighbridge on our device. Grower-level data is entered by your field team, which is also where the accuracy is.
