Government

Public platforms that pass an accessibility audit.

Citizen-facing and internal systems built to WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549, with the conformance evidence the procurement process asks for.

What we hear

Three things that are true in almost every government business we meet

If none of these describes you, we are probably not the right call — and that is a useful thing to establish early.

  • 01

    Accessibility fails at audit

The platform was built, then assessed, and remediation costs more than building it correctly would have.

  • 02

Procurement needs evidence you do not have

Conformance statements, VPATs, and test records requested at tender, produced under pressure afterwards.

  • 03

Systems that cannot talk to each other

Each department procured separately, and citizens pay for it by entering the same data four times.

By outcome

What we do about it

Each of these maps directly onto one of the pressures above.

  • Modernise legacy systems

Core systems are twenty years old and nobody dares touch them.

Incremental replacement with no operational stoppage.

    0Days of production downtime
  • Pass the audit

The last assessment produced 140 findings and no plan.

Prioritised remediation with evidence the auditor accepts.

  • Connect what you already own

ERP, CRM, and the plant floor have never spoken to each other.

Compliance

What procurement will ask us for

We have answered these questionnaires before. Starting the third-party risk assessment in week one is usually the difference between a Q1 and a Q2 start.

  • WCAG 2.2 AA conformance with published accessibility statement
  • EN 301 549 alignment for public-sector procurement
  • Automated accessibility testing in CI — a failing build does not ship
  • Manual screen-reader audit per release, with the test record retained

They gave us a fixed go-live date in week two and hit it. What I actually valued was that the handover documentation was good enough that my team ran the second plant rollout themselves.

FAQ

Questions from government buyers

Still have questions?

Ask an engineer directly. No sales sequence.

Do you provide an accessibility conformance report?

Yes, with every release: the conformance level, the testing methods and tools, known limitations with remediation dates, and the test records. Accessibility is a build-time requirement in our process, not a pre-launch assessment.

Can you work as a subcontractor to our prime?

Regularly. We have delivered as a subcontractor, as a delivery-assurance reviewer, and as a replacement for a stalled programme, and we will say plainly which of those we think fits.

What about Vietnamese-language accessibility?

Both locales are tested. Vietnamese diacritics need vertical headroom that most templates do not allow for, which is a real and commonly missed defect — our type scale handles it explicitly.
