Questions about passion fruit
Is supply genuinely year-round?
Yes, from staggered plots at different altitudes — that is the reason we planted them that way. Volume is lower in February and March, and we will tell you that when contracting rather than after.
Fresh, IQF, or purée?
IQF and purée travel better and suit manufacturing. Fresh only makes sense by air into markets that pay for it. We will model the landed cost of all three against your destination.
