FAQ
Yes, and most speciality buyers do. Single-lot purchases are separated through processing and carry their own cupping score and lab report. Minimum is one pallet for single-lot.
We provide SCA cupping scores and notes per lot, produced in our own lab. For a buyer-specific roast profile we send green sample and let your roaster do it, which is the more useful test.
We replace or credit it, and we want the lot code and your lab report so we can trace it back. Out-of-tolerance lots should have been rejected at our end, and knowing which one got through matters more to us than the claim.
