Questions about cinnamon
What about coumarin content?
Cassia naturally contains coumarin and we declare the measured level per lot rather than quoting a range. If your market has a limit, tell us and we will only offer lots that meet it — we do not blend to an average.
Can you supply ground rather than stick?
Yes, ground in-house on a dedicated line. Ground product has a shorter practical shelf life for volatile oil, so we mill against your order rather than holding stock.
