Role detail

What you would do

  • Build interfaces against a documented design system
  • Meet WCAG 2.2 AA as a build-time requirement, not a review
  • Hold the performance budget through CI
  • Review teammates' work for accessibility and clarity

What we need

  • Three or more years with React and TypeScript
  • Demonstrable accessibility knowledge beyond automated tooling
  • Experience with keyboard and screen-reader testing

Nice to have

  • Design-system authoring experience
  • Next.js in production

What we will not ask you for
